PBOW Block Out White (4420101) is a fast drying, high opacity coating that is used to "BLOCK OUT" previous painted sign faces and cover uneven colors of substrates. It is also used to prime new MDO surfaces and sands easily. Because of its exceptionally fast dry time, this product is most often used in production environments.
